• FAQ

    • What type of event is your specialty?

Weddings & Private Parties are our specialties as it allows us the ability to transform the everyday into something so much more.

    • Why do I have to sign a contract?

Contracts are for safety and convenience of all parties involved.  It commits 415DJs to a specific date and time and ensures that another potential party will not take your place due to higher profitability.  This benefits the consumer as it is one less thing to worry about the day or night of the event.

    • What if I need to cancel after signing the contract?

Though cancellations can be unpleasant, 415DJs tries to make sure this does not happen.  Our contracts require 20% down and the remainder due at the time of the event.  Should  a consumer need to cancel, 415DJs requires 30 days written notice to avoid loss of the deposit.  We find that this seems to be the fairest option as it allows 415Djs to open their dates to other clients.  In cases where 415DJs is not able to refund a deposit; the deposit can be used towards a future engagement with 415DJs.  This ensures happiness throughout the land :).

    • Can 415DJs provide music and sound for the ceremony too?

      Yes!

We have many systems that can be utilized at more than one venue and we ensure that the equipment that will be used is appropriate for the event or venue.  You do not bring a mammoth sub-woofer to a background ceremony party.  The key is the right equipment for the right occasion.

    • How can I make sure that 415DJs will have all of my special songs and play them at my event?

This starts with tribal knowledge and preparation.  Having many years in the industry has led us to what we believe is the perfect balance of a little bit you, a little bit me, makes for a happy party.

Any DJ can play music or request a playlist. What sets us a part from most is we take the time to listen to your needs and wants while providing suggestions along the way. While we have the latest and greatest, sometimes a classic is exactly what you need.
